Question about Micro Innovations Wireless Optical Travel Mouse pd910p
You have to make sure that there are no possible wireless interference
such as the base of a cordless phone or cell phone near to the mouse
while using it.
1. Try changing the batteries.
2. Try connecting the wireless adapter into different USB ports of the computer.
3. If same problem occurs, try using the mouse into another computer just to make sure that the problem is not your computer.
If the problem is isolated with the mouse, then you need to contact the manufacturer of the mouse and have them repair it for you.
Have a great day!

If you have a usb extension cable try plugging it in so you can place it on a firm surface when you press the sync buttons. Have heard of some issues with activating both mouse and fob buttons at once because of difficulty in reaching the fobs sync button.
