Question about Logitech Webcam
I have Logitech C200 installed on Dell laptop Vostro 1000 with XP home edition and when I make a video call my picture freezes but the person I'm calling there personal picture works fine....I have exchanged the web cam once with Staples and uninstalled and restalled complete with a restart...so what the heck does one have to do to make it work properly
Go to Start->Control Panel->System->Hardware->Device Manager. Here locate your webcam, select it and delete it. Now disconnect the webcam from the laptop. Reboot. Insert the Logitech CD and install the drivers afresh. Reboot. Connect the webcam and allow Windows to detect it and load its drivers. Windows will take a long time to do this. Now configure the Instant manager to use this webcam as default camera. And start using. But before you do that start the webcam program to use this camera to check if it takes the video continuously. I do not see any problems now. Trick with Logitech is to load drivers with the device disconnected.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
