Question about Ricoh SP C221SF Aficio Printer
To enter the service mode of a Ricoh Afficio:
Hold down the two arrow keys and count to 5, hit the enter key.
This is for a 3800 not a 221SF, but I suspect the access to service mode is the same. Let me know if it is not & I will source the proper sequence for you.
I hope that helps.

Press the Clear key, enter 107 (one hundred seven) on the keypad and press Clear key. Clear key must be kept pressed for 3-4 seconds.
The reset fuser code may be found here (for the 200 model, but Ricoh is quite consistent in using the same codes wherever they can).

Below is the reset method:
1. Press the yellow (reset) key
2. Type 107 on the keypad
3. Press and hold down the red (clear/stop) key until the display changes (3-5sec)
4. Turn Main power switch Off and then On again. The main switch placed behind a lid or on the side of the printer, not the power switch close to the keypad.

Garner,,, the C000 code is a fuser error code on this machine. It can "sometimes" pop up after a power surge/spike/loss event, and needs to be reset in service technician mode. If it doesn't reset, but rather comes back, you probably need a sevice call for something defective in the fuser (lamp, fuse, thermister).
IF YOU'RE GAME, here it is...
To enter service simulation: press"Additional Functions" to enter "User mode". Press # key. Press </> to select a menu item. enter new data using number keys. Press "Set/OK" key. Press Stop/additional functions to exit.
Note: To reset E000, E001, E002, E003, go to service mode 4. select SET, go to "#7 PRINT-ER," in service mode. Then press Execute "#4 PRINTER RESET." Power the unit off/on.
