SOURCE: peavey classic 50/50 keeps blowing fuses.

I have a classic 50/50 as well and re-tubed it with JJ el84s, vintage teslas and mullard 12at7s. As long as you replaced it with EL84s, I can't imagine that the output would be increased enough to damage the OT. When I got my 6505 Combo, one of the 6L6s was bad, and it kept blowing fuses and howling like a banshee. I would think that an OT problem would result in a significant loss of output...or none at all. I've gotten DOA tubes from a few places. I would suggest swapping each tube out 1 by 1, until you find it...if that is indeed the problem...before you pay the cash to have it worked on.

Did the scooter start OK when you first started it after bringing it out of storage, or did you have to use the kick starter? Maybe the battery is faulty and is pulling a lot of power.
Check the charge rate with an ammeter (use a multimeter that can measure 20 Amps DC) and see if the current exceeds the 15A rating of the fuse. If it does, replace the battery.

Check inside power supply fuse, it may be just that but if you put a new fuse and blows you may have a power output devices failure, let me know your results.

Fuses blow when there is an overload. Often caused by a short-circuted semi-conductor. I would go straight to the main amp board and suspect the devices on the heat sink.

The powere amp portion is LIKELY going into thermal runaway where one side of the pushpull driver shorts out drawing heavy current to the point you can hear the ripple (hum) probably followed by fuse blowing. You need to have that unit repaired. Replacing fuses MAY be causing further damage.

Chances are IC601 or IC602 (LM3886TF-2) are defective or something in the DC feedback circuit.

Power washer works perfect for 10- 15 minutes then blows fuse. Put in new fuse straight away and works fine again for another 10-15 minutes.

These machines can have issues such as you have explained if they are run off from an extension cord or if they are really far from the breaker box. They have this issue because the amount of amps that are going to the machine aren't enough for the motor to operate efficentially so the motor in turn gets hot and blows the fuse or the breaker.

Another issue could be is that the nozzle is being restricted to much and is causing the motor to work harder than what it should and is causing the machine to over heat. This in turn would cause the motor to blow a fuse or a breaker.

Have the KLH ASW10-120 Powered Subwoofer and it is blowing fuses

If it stays on for 3 seconds then it probally is not the transformer. However it may very well be the power amp no way to tell untill we operate. Call Pro Line Music 215-736-8055

First make sure that the amp is not operating into too low of an impedance. If the load is OK, it's most likely a short in the output transistors.
