If you don't have an authorized dealer to get a replacement regulator, contact GHP Group Inc, (877) 447-4768. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE PROPER HEATER MODEL NUMBER. Replacement Part Number: S2TT0001B for the RMC-TT30DGP.

Here's a link to the manual for eight of their tank-top heaters

Replacement cost including shipping is a couple bits over $21.

When talking to the technician on the phone, he cautioned me against rapidly opening the tank valve, which hammers the regulator (the replacement one is more robust than the original), kinda' like how water-hammer can cause damage to water pipes and/or water appliances. Open the tank valve gently, don't just whip it open (like I used to), your regulator will last a lot longer that way.

Because of the press-fit and pins used in the regulator construction & assembly, self-repair is not possible or recommended since the regulator may not seal correctly afterwards.

Where can I buy a regulator for 2 burner tank top heater

Our "old fashioned" local hardware store carries a line of several regulators. So, you might try all of your local hardware and/or building supply stores.

Dyna glo tag along propane heater pilot stays on but when turning

sounds like either a bad thermocouple or more likely a pressure regulator problem. should have unit checked by someone familiar with propane systems.

Dyna-Glo natural gas space heater to propane gas.

Yes it is possible and a good idea. You need to have a regulator installed to reduce the pressure to the heater and this is a simple procedure. Contact your local Propane distributor and they will probably do this free to get your business.

Could not get more then 72hours using 20lb tank on low

HI. propane has 91000 btu's per gallon. 20# bottle has 4. divide btu's of heater by #of gallons for hours of use. I have the same heater and I think the med. setting both burners on is more the 7000 btu's.
