USB 2.0 device

Hi,

I recently connected my iPhone to my home PC but recieved a message saying that I needed to install a USB 2.0 control device. However my PC should already have this, it is a Dell Dimension 2400. Is there anyway I can restore / re-instate this ?

All you have to do is Windows update! Sorry, everybody has to update their version of Windows. If you want windows to let you know when there are important updates I can show you how to set this up. Open control panel, open the icon System. Click Automatic Updates tab. You will see you have choices. Pick one. Click Apply & than OK. After your computer is all updated try your iphone again. I'm sure it will be fine. Good day!

Ate pro max error says unfortunately stock android has stopped. How to fix?

1. Charge The iPhone
It may sound easily, but you need making sure your iPhone's battery is charged enough to run the phone. To test this, you can plug the iPhone into USB charging port or the main USB ports on a computer. Let it charge for 15-30 minutes and hold down the on/off button to turn it on. Maybe it turns on automatically. If you doubt recharging doesn't work, it's possible that your charger or cable is faulty.
2. Check The iPhone Cable And Charger
Maybe you need trying charging your iPhone with another cable and another charger. Then try charging someone' s iPhone with your cable and your charger. If the iPhone cable and charger has problem, you must pay attention to.
3. Restart The iPhone
If the iPhone cable and charger are no problem, you need to restart your iPhone. Pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Note for iPhone 7 and 7S users: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Volume Down buttons simultaneously to force a restart.
4. Restore The iPhone
If you want to restore the iPhone, you make sure you've got the latest version of iTunes. Then connect your iPhone to your PC and select Devices in iTunes.
If you haven't backed up your iPhone you will be told to do so now. This will back up all the data and settings on your iPhone. Then click on restore, wait until your iPhone completes the restore process and resets to the Home screen.
5. Reset
Click on Settings then General then Reset All Settings
This will perform a reset of all the settings to the factory defaults. The data or content on the iPhone is unaffected.
6. Put iPhone Into DFU Mode
Your iPhone may not turn on. This can happen after jailbreaking or when you installed an iOS update without enough battery life. When you face this problem, you can put your iPhone into DFU mode.
Plug your iPhone into PC.
Press the on/off button for 3 seconds.
Press the on/off button and Home button together for about 10 seconds. (iPhone 7 press volume down)
Release the on/off button, but keep holding the Home button for about 5 seconds.(iPhone 7 press volume down)
If the screen stays black, you're in DFU Mode. Follow the instructions in iTunes.
7. Force device into recovery mode
Beware: Recovery mode erases all the data on your device. Only follow these steps if you have a recent back up on iCloud or a computer.
Turn off your iOS device.
Plug the USB cable into your computer - but not into the device
Hold down the Home button then plug the USB cable into the device
When you see the Connect to iTunes screen (below), release the Home button.

ITunes cant connect/recognise my iPhone 3G

Disconnect iPhone and close iTunes.

Go to Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools.

Under Administrative Tools, Go to Services and look for 2 services.

Apple Mobile Device
iPod service

Both services should be started If they are not, start both of them.

Start iTunes and wait for it to finish loading.

Reconnect iPhone.
