Load the 110 output and disconnect pin number five of STR, now full output will be showed, pin five is controlled from system control ic, trace this route.

- Hello,

As an add on to what I have posted last day, this pin five is the standby control pin for the STR, and it is controlled from the television microprocessor. This STR outputs a voltage around 50V in standby, so I believe the power supply is okay, the problem is most probably with oscillation because microprocessor controls the STR depending on the horizontal and vertical sync pulses. So disconnect the control pin and trace out the problem.
