SuperPen (Wzcom SuperPen 6mg) can not communicate with PC: installation goes well: Driver Ok - Com 3 and Baud rate 115200: Desktop installed: on attempting to load components and communicate with PC: error message comes up "cannot communicate with Pen": communication wizard used and message "communicating with Pen please wait": then it hangs and task bar shows Desktop does not respond.
Have tried three different PCs with the same result: tried all Troubleshooting Instructions from Wizcomm and no success: new cable is being sent to me.
Using Windows XP with Service Pack 2 on a modern laptop : all instructions for installation and use of Pen correctly followed and double checked.
Believe Pen may be at fault.
Please help: have spent days on this issue and would welcome some help.

Just bought the pen and I've got the same problem. I've tried 2 PCs, one with XP SP2 and the other Vista (using Vista driver from Wizcom). Both give me the same "cannot communicate with Pen" error message. I've double checked every recommendation I could find on Wizcom's website and the internet, but looks like either the cable or pen is faulty. Would be good to know if the new cable they're sending you fixes the problem.

- Far out! Just got it working :) Make sure the plug is pushed in to the pen until you hear and feel a click (don't just rely on it looking all the way in, you really have to push it quite firmly). It now works on both XP and Vista. Hope this helps.

We have a Ngenuity 9125 with an Imprinter. The Imprinter drivers will not communicate with our VRS. Therefore, the imprinter does not work. Our vendor has been working on this with no luck. Any ideas?
