First... You need your working Remote
  • Input
    • TV
  • Now, Menu
  • Scroll to Program
  • Locate and choose from list "Antenna or Broadcast TV or Air or OTA". Different models vary
  • Then choose Scan for channels.
It's important that your antenna is hooked up correctly, and able to catch frequencies. Otherwise NO channels will be found.

I tried auto programming my tv but I can't go past channel 69. All other tvs go up to at least 99. When I try to manually program 99, the remote will only input a 9.

There are only a possible 48 channels available in the UHF bands IV and V; 21 - 68. Some Continental TV's still use band III; 1 - 20
Are you sure you are not getting confused by programme numbers which can go up to 99 and AU etc.

I moved tv now it want go past channel 13

No problem. Go into menu to channel or tuner setup.. When it was unplugged the tuner reset to air and needs to be changed to cable and then auto program the channels..

Tv will not change channels

Sounds like an eeprom problem or a microprocessor problem??? Also make sure the tv didnt lose its channel memory by reprogramming the channels feature in the menu. Good Luck
