Question about Apple iPod touch
The first thing you should do is try another pair of headphones, preferably the apple standard ones. If your ipod is still having problems this is a problem with the main board of the unit. Check with Apple to see if the unit is still under warranty with this site: https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetWarranty.do
The serial number can be found on the back of the unit toward the bottom. If you have any further questions feel free to contact www.wiredextreme.com.
