The first thing you should do is try another pair of headphones, preferably the apple standard ones. If your ipod is still having problems this is a problem with the main board of the unit. Check with Apple to see if the unit is still under warranty with this site: https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetWarranty.do

The serial number can be found on the back of the unit toward the bottom. If you have any further questions feel free to contact www.wiredextreme.com.

My mp3 player does not play song while attach by headphone

Does it play on the mp3 but no sound comes out of the earphones? Also check the earphones to see if they work on other devices.
If the earphones are working well, then there might be a problem with the earphone jack of the mp3 player. Take to a technician for correction.

Hello,
This could the way the music is been recorded if it is strero or mono, also do confirm the earphone if one side of the earphone is faulty or not, if bad replace with the exact type and if not the media itself is faulty, you can take it the an electronics repair shop for them to diagonised the appliances... RIGHT EARPHONE

either the speaker or the jack is out. I wonder have you tried them in more than one device. If you have and it still dosn't work. Most likely the speaker is out. your only fix is gonna be taking the earphone apart, pulling the speaker than, finding somewhere that carries one you can replace it with... or of course there is a simpler solution... Buy a new pair. Either way, Good Luck
