Question about Computers & Internet
BT broadband is an online storage and email server company so I don't think it's a virus. http://www.productsandservices.bt.com/consumerProducts/displayCategory.do?categoryId=CON-BBLIFE-I
I believe that it is your Norton Scan that has become corrupted. Norton tends to take up a lot of the processing of the computer. You may want to either upgrade the Norton :( or get a better anti-virus, like AVG or Windows Defender. Both work great and are free.
