Question about Toshiba Satellite A135-S4527 Notebook
First, you need an account that's an administrator. Typically, the administrator account that is built into the operating system is disabled by default and can be enabled in the Local Security Settings in the Control Panel. Without an administrator account, you won't be able to make the adequate changes.
