Hi, You have reinstall the device software using desktop manager.
The issue is with the device software, Please reinstall the Device software and you will be able to open icons. Use latest version Desktop manager to reinstall the device software, you can downlaod the latest version from blackberry.com. hope this isformation will be helpful to you
