I want my picture file to open with icons ... how do I do that

In Windows 7, the row that says "organize" "open" "burn", etc has a question mark at the far right. There is an icon with a drop down arrow a couple of icons to the left of the "?" icon. Choose "medium icons" from the list or one of the others that has the size you like.

I accidentally deleted my hp director icon from my computer i dont know how to restore my hp director

Hi,

If you have just deleted the icon from desktop and not uninstalled then we can put a shortcut back on desktop

Click on START button
click on MY Computer
OR
Open MY Computer icon from Desktop

Open Local Disk C:\
Open Program Files
Open HP Folder
Open Bin Folder
You will find a file by name HPDIREC
Right click on the file name and Click create shortcut on desktop ( this icon will not look exactly like the HP Director icon you deleted )

Close the window and you will find the HP Direct icon on desktop

If not, you can uninstall the software from Add/remove programs under control panel and install the latest software for your printer. Click on the download button below to open HP website to download the software by selecting your operating system
Download

*Note : HP Director is not longer designed by HP. IT is replaced with a new Software called HP Solution Center
