Question about MP3 & Digital Media Players
IT keeps crashing saying "Error 41", the letters turn to numbers and deleting the memory and starting over hasn't worked.
Any idea's ?
FIrst you will need to reset your device..then go to the sandisk website to get the latest firmware for your device..To reset the device when it freezes just hold the power button down for 15-20 seconds or until it resets....the latest firmware for the c200 resolved much of the freezing issues....also there are two modes for you to use the c200 the msc and mtp.....try deleting in mtp mode.

Sorry to say, you are going to have to reset and re-add your songs. I had the same problem. Use a pin to reset your SD and you should be good. Good luck
