Hi their
When I try to turn my digihome 26"tv on the little blue standby light goes out as suposed to however it then starts flashing a couple of time and goes back to standby and other times it workes fine when I turn it on.
Well, needless say I believe strongly that you have an intermittant power supply issue. There are what is called capacitors that act some what like a battery where when the TV powers up it should hold a certain Voltage charge. 'like 5 Volts or 12 Volts'. What is happening is that for these types of TV's they are making the Components 'Capacitor's' much smaller than they have in the older products/TV's and such. These newer smaller caps' don't perform like their older parents and just like a battery. If it doesn't hold up to the Voltage '5 or 12 volts' it won't allow the TV to come on. This is probably why it continues to go back to the standby mode. Will need to go in and get serviced. Don't know Digi home that well. Sony, Toshiba, Samsung all have parts available. Good to stay with recognized brand names.
Blessings,
