The term "Facebook Page" is meant to refer to a page on Facebook created by a business or organization, rather than an individual person.
A true "page" has a "Like" button users can click on to start following.
But most users will refer to "my Facebook page" in a way that's synonymous with their Facebook profiles, the page that shows information a user has chosen to share about herself on Facebook.
There are a number of reasons you might be having trouble viewing either of these kinds of pages.
Trouble Creating a Facebook Page
If you want to create a Facebook Page for an organization, you must be an official representative of that organization.
For example, if you are a member of the congregation at a certain church, that doesn't give you the authority to create a page for that church; if you are the pastor or other person on staff at the church, you are an official representative able to create a page for that church.
Likewise, if you're a fan of a certain band or artist, you can't create a page for that artist, but you can create a Facebook Group and invite other fans to join.
For some famous people and recognized organizations, Facebook will need to verify that you are an official representative before it will let you create a page.
Page Not Yet Published
Facebook lets you work on your page in private before showing it to the world.
So you can add items and generally set it up, but it won't be viewable by others until you click on the "Publish" button near the top right.
So if you think you've created a page but no one else can view it, or you can't view it from another computer, check to see if you "Published" it yet.
How to View Your Facebook Page
Facebook doesn't really make it easy to find your Facebook Page.
If you are logged into Facebook with your personal account, you might think there should be a place that lists the Pages you are an administrator for.
But it's not that simple.
The best way to find it is to go to the Facebook Manage Pages page (see Below) to see a list of pages you administer.

Or you can type the name of your page into the search box at the top of Facebook.
Facebook Known Issues
Sometimes Facebook is really busy with lots of traffic from its millions of users.
At these times, whether you're trying to see your business page or just your personal profile, you may wait longer than normal or not be able to see certain features at all.
Sometimes this is cleared up on its own, and sometimes it takes awhile.
Facebook has a page that will tell you about issues it is working to fix.
Visit the page (see Resources) to see if there is something that's currently a problem, or "Like" it to see updates from this page right in your News Feed on Facebook.

Trying to start a facebook page that is for a small business only. I do not want a personal page of any kind. I do not know if this can be done but I have seen other businesses do it and I am very frustrated that I
can not seem to do it without having a personal page to go along with it. I do not understand why this needs to be so complicated. If it would not be for the fact that face book seems to be a good way for people to view your items I would not do it. I would appreciate any help you can give me. It has been just as frustrating trying to find someone to contact just to get
help. Some people are not good with computers and a
contact us like would be great.
