Question about HP PSC 1610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
HP psc 1610xi all in one - all of a sudden quit printing certain colors, like beiges and yellows. It turns them into a big smear. It worked fine and then the ink ran out, I replaced it with a new cartridge and it wouldn't print correctly. I cleaned it, aligned it, etc....then put a whole new cartridge in...
Sounds like your pump station has gone bad. Now with two new cartridges loaded you have flooded the well and it's leaking. Clean up the mess and try using hot water in the plastic tubes to unclog them. If that doesn't work junk it and buy a new printer. It's not worth paying a HP service center to repair it as the cost will probable be more than half of what you paid for it. Sorry.
