Sony PCS-1 Video Conference

We are India based and have Sony PCS-1 connected to 512Kbps Lease Internet . After dialing to another Sony PCS-1 (in Oman), call is getting established but both ends does not receive opposite parties Video / Audio. We checked through out the sony camera settings but does not succeeded. Please help.

check for your lan settings, try to see if there is no nat on one of your network make the nat settings
