Question about SanDisk Sansa e200 MP3 Player
I have sansa mp3 player .It stops working after i had fall it to ground 2 times within 2 second . Pc detect drives but they can't open . When I check properties of both drives, they both are blanks and there is no space at all .It means no free space and no used space . What should I do to repair it ? What is problem ? Will I have to format it ? how ?
Please suggest me solution .
You cannot reformat a drive that is not recognize by your system. The drives are loosed, that's why it says " 0 bytes free, 0 bytes used. Bring it a service center to have its drive fixed.
