I cannot connect any more to my motorola rasor phone, after I updated maps

If you can't connect your navigation device to your mobile phone try the following:
  1. Make sure you have the latest application installed on your navigation device.
  2. On your mobile phone, remove all Bluetooth bondings.
  3. If possible, remove the battery from your mobile phone for a few seconds, then re-insert the battery.
  4. Turn your phone back on and make sure that Bluetooth is enabled and that the phone is discoverable for other devices.
  5. You can establish a Bluetooth connection between your navigation device and your phone.
The method used depends on the type of navigation device you have:
GO 1000 series, Via series, Sony XNV GO x50, GO x40, GO x30, GO x20, GO x10
    Blue&Me TomTom, Carminat TomTom

Can you connect the blackerry storm to the tomtom 730 to recieve data and traffic?

I really don't think so. According to TomTom's support site there are 'live' versions of some of its models but there is nothing I found to do this. You can, however, by software from Garmin and other GPS software makes that allow for installing the software to your BB Storm and using the internal GPS or connecting via bluetooth to an external GPS receiver at least.
