Re: Living Solutions MP3 Player

I bought one too but it a) doesn't get recognized by my mac and b)the onscreen menu selector doesn't seem to have any actual real-world function. My solution is to return it!

Will my mp3 player (sandisk sansa m230) charge

Assuming the computer puts out enough juice, yes. Not all USB ports do.

Plug it in, and the Sansa should say "Charging" if it is charging. If it doesn't, try a different USB port if possible. If your computer has ports on the front/side and on the back, the back ones are more likely to put out sufficient power.

Mp3 will not connect with my computer

I'm pretty sure I fixed a similar problem. Go to your device manager on your PC and uninstall the walkman driver. After this is complete just plug the walkman back into you Pc and the plug and play will download the driver again. This worked for me. My operating system is Windows vista.

Living solutions a17o0255 mp3

Firstly, a quick search on the manufacturer's Website throws up this: the Manual in PDF format.
Secondly, to delete files: Plug the Player into your computer. It should show up as a USB external drive. Open said drive. Select files and delete. Simple, and this works with most portable media players.

Sansa Clip mp3 player

Use the volume + (somtimes you can use REC instead) method to force the computer to recognize the device. Sometimes requires a restart of computer after your initial attempt.
Substitute "volume +" for "REC" if need be:
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

Not working.

I have no charge in my philips hdd82 player. Usually I just plug it into my computer via usb and a screen shows up on the player showing its connected and it charges. Usually it comes up as an MTP device on the computer so I can add mp3s as well. Now for no reason at all, when I plug it in, it doesn't charge and the computer doesn't recognize it. The screen shows an outlet when I plug it in so I know the cord works. It just won't let me do anything. When I press the on button with the cord unplugged, I can't do anything either b/c no charge. HELP. plz.
