Tips for a great answer:
To select a file from the current folder, click Current Folder and then click the file you want to link to.
To select the Web page from a list of browsed pages, click Browsed Pages and then click the Web page you want to link to.
To select a file from a list of files you have recently used, click Recent Files and then click the file you want to link to.
If you know the name and location of the file or Web page you want to link to, you can type that information in the Address box.

hmm... Usually the procedure that you are trying, where you install the SATA RAID controller at the F6 prompt is correct, it just sounds like you are not using the correct driver, (otherwise this would work) This utility creates the driver disk for you to use at the F6 prompt in the windows install http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/swu-download.pl?mdl=VGNAR150G&upd_id=2183&os_id=16
Often on this kind of system, there is a hidden recovery partition, which is usually activated by F10 or F11 on boot.
Either that or they use a recovery Disk set Reinstall windows (rather than a generic Win XP CD (this loads the correct drivers and default software as part of the automated recovery process)
The support page for this is http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/swu-list.pl?mdl=VGNAR150G&LOC=3
