You don't need to purchase drivers for your video device or video card because it is free distributed by the manufacturer. you can find the drivers in the manufacturer official website or other websites. If you use onboard video device you must know first the model of your motherboard. after knowing the model of your motherboard search the motherboard drivers in google.com or yahoo.com if you find the driver make sure it is compatible with your version of Operating System for example Windows 95,98,NT,2K,XP 2003, 2005 or Linux OS or MAc.. select the driver according to your version of OS.
If you use Video Card know the model of your video card and search it in the net. if you find the drivers make sure you click the drivers compatible with versions of your Operating System. TY
The Gigabyte video card uses ATI's chips (heart of the card). It shouldn't matter that you install a newer driver for the Radeon X300 series video card. It is backwards compatible.
In other words it still will run with Win98SE.
Latest X300 series video driver, click on the link. http://game.amd.com/us-en/drivers_catalyst.aspx?p=xp/radeonx-xp
If you realy think you need a driver for Win98SE than download a older version for the radeon card. The link below is very old & may still run you're X300 SE video card. Click on the link. (Take you're pick of old radeon drivers). http://ati.amd.com/products/catalyst/versions.html
A 1.5v video card has two seperate copper connectores, not counting the tail lock. If there are three seperate copper connectors not counting the tail lock. It is not a 1.5 volt video card. So check out the picture of a card before you buy.
This next link will take you directly to Asus web site for your board. Manual, drivers ect. http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?modelname=P4SGX-MX&SLanguage=en-us
Drop me a line & let me know how it goes!
