Question about Philips GOGEAR SA6045 MP3 Player
There should be a small reset button next to where you plug the USB cable in to the device. Use a paperclip end to depress it. Hold it in for 15 to 20 seconds and then release. If still a no-go. Hold the reset button in until you see a reaction on the display. Go luck.
