System restore your laptop is the only way i can tell you to fix this problem. when your computer starts up hit f1many times it might be different for you but you should get a menu that gives you alot of options to choose from there should be a system restore option. go click enter on that and follow directions. if computer still starts up well all you have to do is go to your accessories and click system restore and follow directions. should fix problem.
