Connect an Ethernet cable from your computer to one of the LAN ports, and access the router's web-interface, login, and query/set the password.

So what you're saying is that you don't know what your password is? If so, look at your wireless router, the code may be located at the bottom of the router, perhaps underneath. If not, contact your wireless administrator. Good Luck, karenmaynn
