Like I told another person on here with a similar problem, you don't have to use the software that came with the Fujifilm. I have the same camera. If you're on a laptop that has a slot for SD cards, (if you have an SD card) you can just put your card straight into your computer and load the pictures that way. Also, if you have an SD card reader, you can use that. And if you're on a desktop without either of those options; once you plug your camera into your computer, go to your start menu and click 'My Computer,' then your camera should come up as a removable disk device in the folder. From there, you can drag and drop the pictures onto your desktop or your My Pictures folder.

I think you mean you want to transfer pictures from the internal memory to the memory card. I don't know if there is a function to do this on your camera, but on the cameras I am familiar with, there is not.
However, if what you want to accomplish is to get your pictures from internal memory into your computer, there is a way. Simply remove the memory card from your camera before connecting the camera to your computer. The computer will then see the camera's internal memory instead of the card memory, and you can copy the pictures over.
If you have been accessing your pictures by removing the card from the camera and placing it in a card reader attached to your computer, then this won't work for pictures in the internal memory. You will need to use the other method, connecting the camera to the computer with the USB lead.
