Question about HP Compaq 6720s Notebook
My HP Compaq 6720s keeps totally freezing when I have it on normal mode for more than 10-15minutes. There's a funny clicking noise that kicks in and moments later the screen freezes although sound carrys on. I then have to press and hold down the power button and shut down my laptop this way. The only way I can use it is on safe mode which disables certain devices, i.e. sound, which I need!! I just don't know what to do??!! Any advice please??
I'd recommend backing up your important files and re-installing windows.
There are soooo many possibilities as what it could be but that's not important. The outcome is what matters. So try that first and then let me know if you have any problems following.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
