Hello, EIther your software is messed up on the hard drive and needs to be repaired or reloaded from cd's or your hard drive is bad. I would try repairing software first.

When i turn it off an back on its still white and idk how to fix it


Remove battery and keep aside for 10 minutes , Once it is put back iff the fault is the same off a white screen then it is possible that the software has failed and must be reloaded, or the display has errors.
If call comes into without a display then the display can be a suspect.

My LG Kc 910 software keeps getting stuck. Somehow when I use it, it blocks and the software stops working. The only thing I know to do is, open the phone up, take out the battery, put it back in and wait...


Dear its a common problem with touch screen phones , backup all your data and do the firmware reload.Please ensure that you do a synchronize contacts from outlook.If backed up from mem card you will have the freezig problem again

Samsung sync keeps reloading


mine was soing the same thing. I sent it in for repair and samsung told me that the board inside was cracked. It was not a warranty problem (of course)

A free Tracfone? Have you tried a restart. Open the phone back, take out the battery, leave it out for 30 seconds, then reload the battery, try again.

I would call tracfone. Be firm and patient. If it is a bad phone, they should send you a replacement and help you transfer minutes. Do you remember how many minutes you have. in the phone. Be patient but firm -- and if the person on the phone does not seem helpful, politely say goodbye, Hang up and call again.,

Help me please with my phone!!!


Hi Ya! The problem could be with the bus that connects the key pad with the screen area. The way you open and use and the frequency of open-and-shut ruins the main contact data bus cable and evena single break can cause such phones to act the way you are describing. Take it to the Local Samsung Service Centre and get the Data Bus checked for damages and or else get the base s/w reloaded (Virus). Keep your phones BlueTooth OFF while you are moving in public, as viruses can be uploaded without YOU even noticing! Back up data and get the phone formatted. This should HELP solve!
