Wont power up just clicks - Mitsubishi WS-55511 55" Rear Projection Television

That usually indicates that your power supply has gone bad. The clicking sound you hear is your power supply not getting enough current to turn on your screen. Could be a simple fix as a bad capacitor but not sure? If you can pin point that problem being your power supply, it is some times cheaper to just replace the power supply board but it depends how old your TV is and if the power supply unit is available.

Either the wire is bogus or the connector to your sw is not making proper contact internally.

someone needs to look at the power supply as the clicking may be a physical relay on the power board.

Check the power supply regulator board for the fault.

Ur power board is dead,know how to solders?Check the power board for Capacitors puff up or burst open replaced these capacitors.Or buy refurbish power board on Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com.

i believe if you remove the steering wheel upper and lower covers, there will be a button to push to allow the removal of the key..as for the no start, the battery light is on because of the alternator. Its faulty. the clicking sound could very well be the starter not having enough power reaching to turn it over again unless you put a power pack on it...try a brand new battery, test the alternator and removed the key..it is possible the the key not shutting off the way, is drawing power from the battery not allowing to start that way, causing what they call a "parasitic drain". charge battery, remove key. try that

Try this settings:

Click on Start | Control Panel | Power Options.

In the Power Option properties window, click on the Power Schemes Tab

Set the Turn off Monitor/ Turn off Hard Disks option when on Power (and also Battery for laptop users) to Never.

Now click on the Save as... button and assign a name to this power scheme... Let us call it 'Presentation' and then click on OK.

That's it congrats!

Click HP support center

Click Scan.



Ths scan button on the deskjeyt itself wont work, but the scand command done directly in the computer does.

tv wont turn on when i hit power it makes the clicking noise like it is going to turn on, but never does and the red timer light next to the power button just flashes.
