try to do these steps: 1. switch off your phone, remove battery, sim and memory card. 2. reinsert your battery and switch on your phone. 3. on your keypad menu type this code to make a hard reset. *2767*3855# 4. after hard reset, reinsert your sim, battery and memory card and check.

it can be unlocked by calling your carrier and they will give you the infomation unlock code as long as the account is current and not delienquent if canceled it will cause some of the features not to work on the device
1)first go to setting on your ph.then select ph.setting.2)select network selection.3)show in your display automatic or manual select manual then show in your mob all service provider then .contact your nearest mob.repairing centre tell them problem in your network IC.
You need to get the correct and full data settings from whatever network provider the sim card is registered to, then make sure when they arrive to your mob. that you go into options of the data txt and install. This should/will sort out your issues.
