Question about LG CHOCOLATE VX8500 Cellular Phone
I purchased a LG mobile phone on the 20th August 2007. It is now in for its 3rd repair. I seem to be getting no where with the phone shop it was purchased from. I think the phone it self is just faulty. What are my options now?
If you purchased the phone from Verizon they have a third time and your out clause. If the phone isn't right by the third repair you can request a new phone. I worked for them for 5 years myself so i know it can be done.Sometimes you may have to speak with a manager but its your money and they should stand by the warranty for you.
