Question about SATO CL408e Thermal Printer
Sensor error what can we do so that we can print
Double check that the ribbon is correctly placed on printer.
If you are printing on to thermal paper, ensure you have set the
DSW2-1 to ON to configure the printer for direct thermal print-
Check that the ribbon is not sticking to the label. This can hap-
pen if the darkness setting is too high. Try lowering darkness settings.
Ensure that the ribbon spindle is rotating freely on the spindle.
If it is not an error message will appear.
Ensure that you are using original ribbons. Ribbons have a mark at the back of label, compatible ribbons from third party may cause problems.
