SOURCE: AEG Electrolux Lavatherm 57800:

try cleaning the drum contact on the rear of the machine. It is a carbon brush that contacts the drum spindle. It can get covered in carbon from the brush.Remove the plastic cover containing the contact brush, clean out all carbon dust and lightly sand the drum spindle to remove any surface build-up and ensure a good electrical contact then reassemble.

SOURCE: Electrolux edc77570w dryer. No power problem-

It can be the control panel that is not switching the main motor to spin or the functions to start off. But it is most required that you MUST trace and check the main power line to confirm if this is related to the program unit.

Hi! My Electrolux WD40A74140 has suddenly stopped working correctly. When you choose a program, the timer counts down minutes like seconds and then beeps that its done.

Hi,

Please first check that you don't have any stuck or jammed buttons on your dryer. if possible, please attempt to factory reset your dryer. You can learn how to do this by viewing your device's manual. If you don't have the manual, please reach out to Electrolux to email it to you by calling 1 (877) 435-3287.

Thank you.

The timer on my electrolux front load wont go to zero and allow the door to unlock

Good Morning friend, thanks for your inquiry!

Based off the information you have provided your Electrolux frontload washer the door will not open and the timer is stuck. I would recommend performing a reset on your washer and you can do that by unplugging the power cord or flipping the household circuit off for ten minutes. If that does not help to resolve your issue I would suggest consulting with a professional technician for an accurate diagnosis. It could be a potential problem with your control panel or door latch assembly. I hope this information is helpful. -Matt

Countdown timer not working

Good Afternoon Friend,

I understand that the timer on your Electrolux dryer, model#EIMED55IIW, is not advancing to show you how much time is left on the dry cycle. I suggest resetting your appliance, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your homes circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. Restore power and restart your dryer. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your dryer status has changed successfully.

-Best Regards-

Microwave stops after 59 seconds

Check that a "favourite" setting has not been selected. The unit may think that is the time that you want to cook. Im not sure about your model but see if there is any clear or cancel buttons to clear any pre programmed selections. If not, unplug the machine for 15 minutes to reset the controller and try it again.

Electrolux Inspire 7 kg washing machine. Error code 22. A program run for 30 minutes Ok and the stop and reset the program. What means e22 and how can be solved? Thanks in andvance!

Hello Serban Alexandru - Typically error code E22 indicates that the water is not pumping out fast enough. Does the drain pump make a humming noise? If so, there may be a restriction in the drain line or siphoning. Otherwise since it is such a complex unit I would recommend contacting a professional to have the pump, timer or main control board diagnose.
