I just got done uploading my songs on to my new mp3 player and then it froze on building library ive tried everything taking back to best buy, restarting it, taking the battery out any solutions

you need to load the cd music into a computer and into something like Windows media player then click the library button so you can see all the music you put in there, connect the player to a USB port and on Windows media player click on the sync tab, then you can slide all the songs you want to put on the player to the right column and click start sync and they will transfer.
thank you for your concern: i fix it and the only way its to let the gogear run of battery and then you have to run the cd so you can download the songs from the itune library.

Did as you said, my Zen Touch 20GB is rebuilding it's library right now. Oh, now it's done. Everything's still there, awesome.

Take out the four screws on the back and pop out the battery then put it back on. Make sure you synced the songs properly. Add to the problem how you added your songs and I might be able to help.
