Hello, this sounds like you have a blockage in the drain tube, remove panel back/bottom of freezer..you may see ice build up...melt ice with hair dryer/heat gun...you will see a pan below evaporator...melt ice in pan...dry water up in pan with paper towel...now you should see a hole in pan that leads to drain tube...pour some hot waterwater from freezer compartment collecting at - 2_bing.gif in pan..wait a couple minutes..mop up water and repeat this step 2-3 times....once you have done this find some flexible curtain2_bing.gif wire or electrical wire..poke down the hole until you see the water drain..now it is clear..put back panel back and you are good to go. The reason you see water in the fridge is because the water has been leaking into the freezer and down the vent into the fridge instead of running2_bing.gif into the drain hole...Please feel free to comment again if you have any other question. Mike

Water in the fruit and vegetable draweres

You might have the frig. temperature set too low. Set it at 38 deg. check actual temp. with gage. What happens is ice builds up in the drain tube that runs down to the bottom when the fridge defrosts therefore causing water to run into the veg. drawers. Ice buildup is preventing the water from running out at the bottom where it should. Just raise your fridge temperature a little and the problem should go away. Hope this helps.

Why is water pooling in bottom of fridge under veggie drawer.? Also freezing ice cubes in back part of cube drawer

Just above the veg drawers at the back is a channel that collects water when the fridge defrosts. It has a hole to drain the water which is blocked and the water is pooling under the drawers. Clear the hole with a drinking straw.

Water collects under the veg tray on bottom of fridge

Good day,
That's a classic example of the drain system either plugged up or iced up.
Remove the rear panel in the freezer, and inspect the drain hole where the condensed water drains out of the machine. Must be blown out or de-iced. Service techs use compressed air tank with hose to blow out the dirt. You'll need to improvise. However...
There are a few models that let the condensed water run down the back wall of the fridge, under the crisper drawers and then out a drain plug.
Check for this first.

Collecting water at bottom of frig inside under drawers.

begin by removing the grill on the front at floor level. look under there and you will see the evaporation pan. next pull the fridge out from the wall so you can get behind it. there you will see the tube. to unclog it you will have to disconnect it at the top and force hot water into it using a turkey baster.

open the freezer compartment loo for ice build up on floor of frezer especally towards rear behind back panel. sounds like you have a clogged/frozen defrost drain tube. removing back panel of freezer will give you acess to drain trough, melt away the ice with a hair dryer, youll find a drain hole under there somwhere, pouring boiling water down the drain will clear it pretty quickly( i use a steam machine purchased from the infomercials)
