Question about Dell (E210882) Motherboard
As the computer boots up press DEL/DELETE to enter the BIOS
in here it should tell you the amount of installed memory.
As for drivers the model and make is usually printed on the motherboard itself and from that you could use google to find the manufacturers support pages and download the drivers from there.
You forgot to tell us the make so that is the best advices I could give you.
