Question about Epson Stylus CX4800 All-In-One InkJet Printer
How do I change the language back from French to English on my printer so I can understand the instructions when I have an error?
I had the same problem. I'm running Vista 32-bit. I think this has something to do with the CD that came with the printer. It might be a default setting that I didn't change or something. But when I looked, it was currently at version 5.x.
I uninstalled the printer from Control Panel > Uninstall a Program.
Then I restarted my computer.
Then I downloaded the printer driver software from Epson website:
(Most people will select "Printer Driver v6.5aAs for 32-bit")
After downloading and re-installing the software, it discovered my printer and the preferences are now in English. And the new version is updated to Version 6.5.
Hope this helps!

When I print, the characters are one fourth the size they should be. How can I get back to the size that they should be? Thank you, Ruth Bauer
