Question about GoVideo Go Video DVD/VCR Combo
Hello, and welcome to Fixya.
This could be due to a few issues.
You say the surround sound does work from the vcr, so its possible that the connections coming from your TV, are not working correctly.
To test this out, try hooking your TV/s audio and video output cables into the spot marked VCR on the back of your DVS 3000...
If the vcr was previously working with surround sound, now the Tv should work.. ( make sure to press the VCR button now since the Tv will be going to the VCR in jacks on the back of the DVS 3000)
If that works, then try once again to hook the TV output jacks into the auxiallry inputs on the back of your 3000.
When its hooked up, make sure to press audio on the remote control for the 3000, and then select audio natural mode.
Also , here is a link to the user manual for your device.
