Question about Philips Magnavox 9P6034C 60" Rear Projection Television

Philips magnavox, I have 55 inch projection hd philips tv, one day while watching it just died, power buttons light like always , and it has a high pitch beep, I had a guy check it out , said it was a module and it would be about 400$ Is it possible to fix one part, or must i have the rebuild recomended. thank you

Its possible to repair if you understand troubleshooting and have the service manual. The service manual can give you the proper places to take voltage readings to isolate just where your trouble is. Hope this helps. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

The phillips 9P5544c isnt a HD tv so you will only have 4.3 formatt available

I have a 10 year old phillips magnovox 55 inch tv


yes you can take off the cover but carefuly and in the back of your tv you will see the flyback and has 2 button one fro focus and other G2 then rotate the focus button till you will see no blurry
that is all if you dont know how bring some frend who can and tell him to do that

I have 50" philips magnavox big screen. I recently started to have a problem with the edges of my tv. They became blurry. the center of the tv is clear and the edges are blurry. what should I do to fix this problem.
