Ok, first remove the battery cover and battery and sim leave them in a warm room for 6hours or overnight.
Putting it back together and try it.if it still doesn`t work, try a battery change at your local dealer.
By the way a phone that hasn`t been charged for a while may not show any signs of working until maybe 30 mins.
