Could be that the fuse in the plug needs replacing.

Does the machine make any noise? Does it buzz/hum when you try to turn it on? - If yes, a starting capacitor is required.

Kranzle electric washer will not suck up soap

Hi, if it has a chemical injector on the machine then the pressure at the lance will have to be lowered for it to pull in soap. it works on a similar principle to how carburetors on cars pull in fuel, bernouli principle. high pressure at one side of an orifice going to low pressure at the other side which causes a negative pressure ( vacuum) which should pull in the soap. there should be a non return valve at the orifice (hole) which prevents the water back feeding into the soap container, it is quite common for this valve to get stuck, it is just a ball, spring and o ring , and the ball sticks to the o ring. if it is this system then take the soap pick up pipe off the injector and just push the ball off it's seat with a bit of wire.

If it is a high pressure soap system then that is different, but they usually work with an injector in my experience.

try taking the high pressure hose off the front off the machine and running it, if it has an injector on it it should pull in plenty off soap.

hope this helps ,

Purchased model #ghw9150pw1 used, everything seemed correct, placed clothes in washer, closed door selected and so forth. Saw small amount of water go in, then it rotated one way then the other, then it...

Hi

Error code FH appears when No water is detected entering machine or Pressure switch trip is not detected. If after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering machine and then valves will be turned off and the error code will be displayed. Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display. If there is no water entering the unit then make sure that the inlet valves are working fine. You may need to check the continuity at the inlet valves. If the valves are fine then check whether inlet water hoses as they might be plugged. Also check for inlet water screen at the valve. However, if the water is entering into the washer then the Drain pump might not be working. Also inspect the Pressure Switch hose whether it is in good condition and properly connected to Tub and Pressure switch. Also check hoses for leak and inspect the flow meter. Hope this helps...

The error code is blinking F then H. Does not seem to be draining properly.

Hello & Welcome to FixYa

FH error is displayed when the control detects no water entering the machine. To clear this error press and hold the PAUSE/CANCEL button twice. You can then check if the water inlet valve is fine and not clogged with foreign particles, try to clean it. If the water inlet valve appears to be fine then check if the pressure switch hose is properly connected to the pressure switch & tub. Please get back to me if you have any questions.

No voltage to water inlet valve, overfill switch seems ok and door switch seems ok. I am thinking the timer, but everything else seems to work fine is there something i am overlooking?

  1. Verify wire harness connections to inlet valves, pressure switch, flow meter, and Central Control Unit (CCU).
  2. Check all hoses for possible leaks.
  3. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
  4. Verify pressure switch operation.
  5. Verify flow meter operation by blowing air through the part and measuring the resistance.
  6. Verify CCU operation by running a Diagnostic test or any wash cycle.
5 & 6 above are the most likely culprits.

F20
NO WATER DETECTED ENTERING MACHINE OR PRESSURE SWITCH TRIP NOT DETECTED. The pressure switch is not tripped after 6 minutes. Possible Causes/Procedure If there is no water in the unit: – Make sure that both valves at the water source(s) are turned on all the way. – Check for plugged or kinked inlet hoses or plugged screens in the inlet valves. – Verify inlet valve operation. If there is water in the unit: – Verify drain pump operation. – Verify that the pressure switch hose is in good condition and properly connected to tub and pressure switch. 1. Verify there is not a siphon problem. 2. Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display. The machine will drain for 3 minutes before unlocking the door. 3. Unplug washer or disconnect power. 4. Verify wire harness connections to inlet valves, pressure switch, drain pump and Central Control Unit (CCU). 5. Check all hoses for possible leaks. 6. Plug in washer or reconnect power 7. Washer will not complete the cycle.

Check if you have power to the inlet solenoid/valve where the hose connects to the machine. There is a thin tube running from the outer drum at the back of the machine to a pressure switch. This pressure switch controls the water level in the washer. Remove this tube from the pressure switch and blow back into the machine. There could be a blockage in the tube. To check if the pressure switch is faulty, pull the tube off the pressure switch and let the machine fill. If the machine fills to a high level, switch it off before it overflows. Replace the pressure switch.
