I purchased Hitachi External Hard Disk Dirve on my last trip to the US. The details of the Hard Disk are as mentioned below : Serial No. : S/N : CEGAKEDF
Model : SIMPLE TOUCH BY HITACHI
The Hard Disk is not functioning. Request if you could kindly let me know if i could have a replacement or will i get a rebate.

Well do you have the receipt of the Hard Drive? and does it cover the warranty period? if it does, go send the device back to the store where you've purchased it and have a replacement or refund.
