Question about Washing Machines
I bought a front loaded washing machine 6 months ago. I love the way it keeps the clothes looking like new. However, I am very disappointed by some of the loads smelling. I do at least 2 loads of laundry per day so I can't see it being stagnant water. I am ready to get rid of them and return to top loaded. Any suggestions? I have used the self clean system but it doesn't get rid of the smell.
Run a empty load of just bleach and keep the door seal wiped down plus when your not using it leave the door open

Make sure that the drain holes in the bottom of the unit are free of debris. If you wash that many loads a week then the holes for the drain water may be clogged and causing the tub to drain improperly. Many people find these holes partially clogged with dog hair, lint, etc...
