My Magic Jack software does not load into my Windows XP PC

My Magic Jack software does not load into my Win NT 5.1 Version laptop. Does any body out there have a solution for this? It is a Toshiba Satellite 1800. I get a message on my screen that the it is not supported by my windows version. I am runing Windows XP ubgrade from Windows 98.

    doesn't load number dialer followed by picture of magic jack. It's in Windows 7 now.

Are you running NT or is it the xp form 98 that you are running? a little confused.

Xp pro5.0 2195 wont boot up magic jack mj was updated has worked 2mths till now after registry clean


i could be that an important file was lost from magic jack mj on cleaning, try reinstall or pay for it then you wont have to keep clearing your registry.

Magic jack software not loded into memory in XP


i have magic jack too. something like that happened to me and i went to the http://www.magicjack.com/6/index.asp website, and you might have to sign into your magic jack account with the phone number or email and your password and i think you can download the software from there. or you can chat live with someone on the site too. hope this helps :)

  • Win 98 software version will never support Win XP system. Please download the software for your XP machine via the below link.
DOWNLOAD FULL FEATURE SOFTWARE

  • Save the download the file to your desktop.
  • Uninstall the older version, restart the computer and install the new version from downloaded file.

This laptop is design for Windows 95, How if we install by Win NT?


it is ok sir. but make sure to install necessary software drivers. most probably you need to download the NT Version of your drivers.

windows nt is a operating system some software works only with windows 98or only with windows 2000or only with windows xp/nt windows nt is the same as xp i think the software ym makeover magic works windows nt platform you should have the operating system in which the ym makeover magic works to know which operating syatem works just see some readme files in setup files folders of the ym make over magic there will be file stating readme in that they will give operating system comapatiblity windows 98/2000/server 2003/xp/media center /vista they will specify like this see the compatiblity and then install the operating systm and then install the software
