Do you know how to get to in main menu? using menu button - the small button under screen, on the right. After you press that button, you can see "FM Radio" with a picture, use up/down button to get into Music options.
Good luck

Did you try to reset the player? You do this by sliding and holding the power button on the side for about 15-20 seconds. I have a Sansa Clip which resets in the same way. Best of luck!

When i plug it in to add/remove music it won't show up

Make sure you have windows media player version 11.

If you do then I would install your USB cable between your Sansa and your PC. Then id perform a system reset by pressing and holding for 20 seconds the power on button and the play button (>||). This is common problem with the Sansa when the battery goes too low it wont power back-up

My sansa clip won't play the songs I loaded on!

I've had this happen a couple of times in the last 6 months. You can get it to play again by chosing the format option from the settings menu. Of course, then you've lost everything you had loaded on to it. Download your music/audio books again and they will play.

The sansa clip mp3 player has totally frozen up-stuck on fm radio

Press the Home button and see if it will go to the settings menu. If it will, change the USB Mode to Auto. If it won't, hold in the power on/off button for 15 seconds to reset the player, and try again.

Screen turns weird colors when trying to play a video

You can press and hold the power button for 20 seconds, instead of removing the battery.

As for the other issue, there is not any RAM on the MP3 player to buffer the video, so its best to keep the video in clips around 10 minutes.

Best of Luck.
