Ok go into your bios by selecting one of the following:
F1 or F2 or Delete the computer will go into bios.
in bios look to upper left cornner you will see load defaults you will click on load default . then you will need to look along the top to where it says boot options. in boot options you will need to select the cd rom as your first boot option. if you look along the rite hand side it will tell u how to move and select your option. now you will need to put the harddrive as the second boot option. now you will need to look along to where it says exit. now you want to save and exit the bios . now try reboot your system. and selct F8 for advance options. in advance options you want to boot the l{ast known good configuration}.
if that fails you are setup to boot from cd-rom first so your bootable disk should work.

Be sure your computer is compatible for 2007. Check memory size. Do on-line updates at Microsoft Updates. If all else fails, reload the program.

Reload now will not boot show F1 reboot or 2 setup

Hello,
You should use the installation CD to install the diagnostic tools as a boot option. Look also in programs folder for same thing.

Hope it helps.

Yes it is best to format the PC and reload the OS again although I would suggest that you load the latest version of the WinXP family as single boot OS and work. It should give lesser problems with a single genuine anti-virus installed.......sodeep
