Open top cover of your printer and put a couple of drops of 3 in 1 oil on the carrige bar ( THE BIG SILVER BAR THE INK CARTRIDGES RIDE ON)
THEN CLEAN ALL THE RUBBER FEED ROLLERS WITH A MICROFIBER TOWEL MOISTENED WITH ISOPROPANOL ALCOHOL THEN TRY THE PRINTER AGAIN
