Question about Epson Stylus CX5700F All-In-One InkJet Printer
My epson stylus CX5700F printer says "the ink is out". But I've already check the ink still full. Can anybody help?
It sounds like you have a faulty cartridge. The printer is not able to sense the cartridge chip for ink status. To check this, you need to try another cartridge, preferably a new OEM cartridge.
A second reason may be that you are using aftermarket or refilled cartridges and the non-OEM ink may have gummed up the carrier and nozzles. Usually this can be cleared by inserting new OEM cartridges, running deep cleaning an number of times (3x) and alignment.
One of the above solutions should solve the problem.
Please rate this solution. Thanks.
