Before you take it apart, try running undiluted CLR cleaner through the machine. If it is a calcium build up, running CLR through it twice should clear it.
Let me know if this works. Thanks.

Metz 44AF-4C ready light does not come on,has new batteries, all functions work?

The energy for the very short, very high brightness flash is held in the flash capacitor of the photo flash lamp. This capacitor degrades if is not charged for long (years), and needs formatting, which is a slow charging and 2-3 consecutive shots. Sometime the first charging takes significantly longer than normal time, even minutes. If however the ready lamp does not come up even after some minutes, the flash lamp may have developed an internal fault, which can only fixed by a trained repairman. Another common culprit is wrong contact in the battery compartment. Batteries left in the flash for long often leak, and corrode the contact springs and leaves. These can be cleaned with soaked with vinegar cotton tabs (ear cleaning buds), followed by mechanical cleaning with pencil eraser.

My camera takes good pictures when taken inside, but when I take pictures outside the pictures come out white, why is this?

Same problem with me. I think it's to do with the lens shutter and exposure time. My camera is pretty old but works fine APART from that. I'll just be taking lots of night shots till I know what's wrong good luck :)

Typically, my camera respond quickly and takes a picture when I press the button. Lately, it is sluggish, partiucularly when trying to take consecutive shots. What do I need to do?

Hoping that you haven't got the shutter speed set incorrectly, then this could be just general wear and tare if the camera has a lot of use or is quite old. If everything else is ok like exposures, focus etc then I would say that all it may need is a good service. Do not attempt this yourself. Just make your way to a reputable dealer and have it serviced and cleaned.

Intel D865GLC computer problems.

Go back to what started the problem. You bought 2 1 gig ram sticks. My bet is they're either not matched ram that matches what you already had in your computer or is not compatible with your motherboard or the ram is defective and has bad memory addresses. If your computer has build in video card then it probably gets it's video ram from the system ram. A lot of the blue screens of death are caused by bad memory address although it can look like it's blaming the problem on a certain program or device driver because that is the program or driver that was atempting to use the bad memory address.

Takes too much time on startup

First shut it off remove the battery for 2 minutes. Then reinstall the battery and turn it on. If this does not work go to the nokia wabsight and download the lates software.

Heat temp and time

When a machine takes a longer time to heat up, this is often due to scale on top of the heating element, try using a descaler product, and running a descale cycle a couple of time.

If it is not a scale problem, then it is usually a faulty thermostat or a faulty element.
